About Eva

Before I became a therapist, I was an artist. That was significant for me.

For a long time, I found that words alone couldn’t fully carry what I needed to express. Art became my language — a way of communicating what traditional conversation couldn’t quite reach. That experience has quietly shaped everything about how I work, because if I’ve learned anything, it’s that not everyone finds their voice the same way, and not everyone should have to.

I set up Reddy Psychotherapy in 2022 and have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist in the heart of Limerick City Centre ever since. I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), having gained full accreditation in 2024.

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” — C.G. Jung

My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, Jungian, existentialist and person-centred frameworks. In practice, I believe every person deserves something tailored to them rather than something off the shelf. I work collaboratively with each client to find the best way forward together.

Before opening my private practice, I spent over four years volunteering as a counsellor, offering low-cost and accessible support to individuals and communities across Ireland through a range of community-based services. That experience grounded me in something I still carry — the belief that support should be as accessible as possible, whoever you are and wherever you’re coming from.

Today, alongside my own client work, I offer student counsellors the opportunity to complete their placement with Reddy Psychotherapy — continuing that commitment to accessibility while supporting the next generation of practitioners.

I found my voice through art. I hope Reddy Psychotherapy can offer you the space to find yours.
